In 2018, The Versailles Area Pride & Progress Association was founded by citizens of the Versailles area. It is a non-profit organization with the goal to improve the quality of life within the Village of Versailles and surrounding communities. 

The Versailles Area Pride & Progress Association promotes members coming together to have a positive impact on the community.

Membership is open to any citizen wishing to help improve the quality of life for everyone in the Versailles area community.


Join Us Each Week!

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our weekly meetings are temporarily canceled. We will update our website when we resume our meetings.

We meet every Wednesday from noon to 1 pm, at the Versailles EMS building at 320 Baker Street, Versailles OH 45380.

Lunch is catered by K's Catering (Versailles). You must be a member to attend. Membership information can be found here.

Our meetings consist of fundraiser planning, networking opportunities and visiting local businesses.

Our members volunteer their time twice a year to support the Trinity Lutheran Church's community meals outreach.

The Versailles Area Pride and Progress Association partners each year with the Community Blood Center to sponsor a blood drive in the Versailles Knights of Columbus Social Hall, 8440 State Route 47, Versailles.

Local Non-Profit Makes a Splash with Summer Fundraiser

November 6, 2019

At the November 6th Versailles Area Pride & Progress Association (VAPPA)  meeting the Darke County Economic Development Director, Mike Bowers, provided an update on many Darke County business development projects including projects in Versailles, Osgood and Greenville. Shown above is VAPPA president Chad Kelch (right) and Mike Bowers (left).  The VAPPA group meets each Wednesday at 12:00 noon at the Versailles EMS/Fire building located at  320 Baker Road.
